Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Coaching and Business Management

Are you a team player with passion for sports? The fully English-taught Sports Coaching and Business Management degree at KAMK is a unique degree in Finland. We offer you a versatile degree that develops your professional skillset and competences in sports and exercise instruction, coaching and smart training as well as in business and management.

At the start of the degree, you will focus on gaining the basic knowledge in sports after which you will apply the acquired theory into practice. Later, you will be instructing sports and exercise, practice coaching and working with real clients and implement various projects and events. Furthermore, you will become familiar with sports technology and learn how to use digital tools to promote physical activity and well-being.

The second year of studies will take place in a nearby sports-oriented resort called Vuokatti. During the second year, you will deepen your knowledge in the fields of well-being promotion, coaching, testing and sports events. The co-operation with top-level sport organizations of the Vuokatti-Ruka Sports Academy and Vuokatti Olympic Training Centre guarantee you a high-quality education and environment to study.You have also an opportunity to live in Vuokatti during this time.
